Our simple commitment to you

This is an honest attempt at getting a few things right in customer service. Here are few simple commitments that we have drawn up for our customers benefit:

You will always be quoted fairly. Meaning if you call anonymously with the same issue a thousand times you should always get more or less the same price. However, price and value is relative, £10 may be expensive to one person and £100 cheap to another. We cannot do anything about that. There will always be companies cheaper than us and companies that are more expensive than us. We compete on service.

We will never go through you data and we will always keep you data private. If we are recovering data for you or moving data for you, we will need to open a sample of files to check the integrity of those files. If you have any concerns around this then please talk to us, we are introducing a video recording facility that records any work done on your laptop. This is not live yet.

We do our very best to do good quality work. However, we are not perfect. No one is. The truth is although we work with computers, we are after all human, and we can all make mistakes. If you ever feel that a mistake has been made then please talk to us. We will either do the work for you again at no extra cost or refund you your money. Do not keep it bottled up. We would rather know if you are not happy.
